bauplus® PENETRAT® Sealing Slurry
Capillary-active sealing for permanently dry building structures
With PENETRAT®, we offer a mineral-based sealing slurry that has been valued nationally and internationally for its outstanding effectiveness for many years. The bauplus® PENETRAT® slurry reacts to the moisture present in the masonry, penetrates the pores and capillaries, gels and crystallizes in contact with the water present, and seals them.
Unlike conventional slurry plasters, this not only creates a layer adhering to the surface, but also achieves a seal that penetrates the substrate. This explains its absolute and consistently reliable effectiveness, even when the surface is subjected to mechanical stress.

bauplus® PE-Stop 401 Hydrophobic Coating
Invisible long-term protection for masonry, exposed concrete, and natural stone
PE-Stop 401 is a colorless, siloxane-based hydrophobic coating developed by bauplus®. It provides invisible and long-lasting protection for mineral building materials against moisture, frost, and dirt – without altering their appearance or breathability. Ideal for exposed concrete, facades, swimming pools, and listed buildings.
