What types of waterproofing does bauplus® offer?

How do you permanently dry out a damp basement?
After removing the old plaster, the cleaned wall surface is treated in several steps with bauplus® PENETRAT® (sealing slurry). This penetrates deep into the masonry and forms a durable, waterproof seal. The application of the slurry plaster is carried out by the experts from the bauplus® team for you.
Can waterproofing be done from the inside without exposing the masonry?
Yes, the bauplus® PENETRAT® capillary sealing method enables permanent basement waterproofing, usually from the inside – without the costly process of exposing the masonry from the outside.
How can cracks in masonry or concrete be permanently repaired?
bauplus® offers special crack injection systems that seal cracks and permanently prevent water penetration. Typically, PU foam or PU resin is injected. This method can also be used in areas with pressurized water.
What are the advantages of waterproofing masonry and concrete?
Hydrophobic coating protects against water absorption, frost damage, dirt, and pollutants – without altering the surface’s appearance.
How does hydrophobization work and how long does it last?
During hydrophobization, siloxanes penetrate the uppermost capillaries and form a water-repellent silicone resin. This provides the material with long-lasting protection against moisture.
